CQ-UV300 Ultraviolet aging tester
UV series of test boxes can simulate the harm caused by sunlight, rain and dew, use fluorescent ultraviolet (UV) lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight, and use condensed moisture to simulate rain and dew. The tested material is tested in a cycle of alternating light and moisture at a given temperature. Tests over days or weeks can reproduce the hazards seen in the open air for months or years. Hazard types include: fading, discoloration, loss of light, pulverization, cracking, turbidity, foaming, embrittlement, strength decline and oxidation. UV test data can help you select new materials, improve existing materials, and evaluate how formula changes affect product durability.
